COMMITMENT

I am celebrating my 34th year as a full time Idaho Real Estate Agent & Realtor. Starting in 1990 as the Ada County Association of Realtors ‘Rookie of the Year’ I have been going ever since.
My career has consisted of primarily single family homes but also has been a progression of diverse experience including, multi-family, condos, development, new construction / building, subdivision management / architectural control, parcel assemblies /splits, Zoning and land/plat entitlements.
Along the way I have represented clients buying, selling, investing, renting, managing, design / building and developing successfully. There has been thousands of questions and circumstances I’ve navigated and negotiated.
Before I was a Realtor (and since I was a kid) I was involved in management, service and retail sales. That training and experience taught me to listen, respect and implement approaches that created successful outcomes.

BACKGROUND

I’m not originally from Idaho, I grew up in the Motor City—Detroit MI. So you can understand I have an immense appreciation for differences between our piece of the West and everyplace else.
I absolutely love Boise! I have watched amazing changes since I became a ‘local’ in 1990. There’s been better and better restaurants, more music and entertainment, along with the City’s effort preserving and creating more open space and access.
The access for being outdoors– on a trail– strolling Downtown– or around your neighborhood will help you realize how special Boise is.
I love the mountain biking, snowboarding at Bogus Basin, being lazy on the Greenbelt or paddle boarding down the Boise River.
No wonder Boise’s been at the top of all the “Best Lists” for a while.
