With nearly two decades of of experience in Idaho real estate, I focus on providing thoughtful, strategic representation for buyers and sellers who value professionalism, discretion, and results. I intentionally work with a limited number of clients at one time to ensure each transaction receives the focus it deserves. Whether representing a luxury property, recreational land, investment opportunity, or primary residence, I approach every deal with the same level of care, market insight, and commitment to protecting my clients’ time and interests.

BACKGROUND

With nearly 20 years of experience in Idaho real estate, I have represented buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types including residential, luxury, recreational, waterfront, land, and investment properties throughout the Treasure Valley and surrounding markets.
Prior to beginning my real estate career in Idaho, I worked in guest services within the luxury hospitality industry in Beaver Creek, Colorado. That experience helped shape my approach to client service, communication, attention to detail, and professionalism, especially when working with clients who value discretion, responsiveness, and a higher level of personalized service.
My business has been built largely through repeat clients, referrals, and long-term relationships developed through consistent service, communication, and results. I take a practical, detail-oriented approach to real estate and value professionalism, strong representation, and thoughtful guidance over high-pressure sales tactics or unnecessary self-promotion.
I am also a married father of two boys, and outside of real estate I enjoy skiing, golfing, camping, rafting, and exploring the mountains throughout Idaho and the West. Having lived and worked in this region for many years, I bring a strong understanding of both the local real estate market and the outdoor lifestyle that continues to attract people here.
