Rene is a most excellent realtor to partner with. I tried another realtor who didn't seem to listen to the "wants and needs" for our new to us home in the Treasure Valley. My son recommended Rene to me and that recommendation turned out great. She listened and provided a number of listings that all met our criteria. After we settled on a home she provided excellent help to finalize the purchase despite some rocky issues with the seller.
