Shannon’s love for real estate began long before she became an agent. In 1999, she and her family worked hard to save for their very first home, including living in an RV for a time to pay off debt and build a down payment. The pride and excitement of finally receiving the keys to a home left a lasting impression and shaped the way she views homeownership today. After moving to North Idaho in 2004 and settling in the small town of Spirit Lake, Shannon officially began her real estate career in 2008 and built her business around serving the community she now calls home. She quickly discovered how much she loved helping others experience that same life-changing moment. Family, faith and serving others are the most important things to her.
