BACKGROUND

For more than three decades, Idaho has been home. I’ve lived the growth of Boise and the Treasure Valley firsthand — watching it evolve from quiet farmland into one of the most desirable places in the West to live, work, and raise a family. My mission is to help people relocate with confidence and clarity, finding not just a house but a lifestyle that truly fits.

My journey into real estate began long before I was licensed. Working alongside my former husband — a local developer — I helped plan and design well-known neighborhoods including Lochsa Falls, Saguaro Canyon, and Legacy in Eagle. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how homes and communities come to life: from land acquisition and design to the relationships that make every project successful.

Before real estate, I earned degrees in both Dental Hygiene and Nursing. Working chairside with patients for seven years taught me precision, empathy, and how to guide people through high-stress decisions with calm and honesty. I bring that same mindset to my clients today.

Over the years, I’ve worked across nearly every side of real estate — purchasing and selling homes, acreage, and investment properties; managing remodels and staging; and collaborating with contractors, designers, and city planners. This 360-degree perspective lets me guide clients through every step of the process with both strategy and heart.
