BACKGROUND

My business experience includes over 25 years in sales & sales management at a Fortune 50 Company. I served as a Director of Strategic Accounts, negotiating multi-million dollar contracts while managing sales exceeding $250M annually. I have also founded and run several small businesses, including an Oregon Real Estate Company for ten years and most recently the Miller Realty Group in Idaho. Since the 1990’s, I have purchased, held, sold, flipped, and leased my personal real estate portfolio.

I am also a Financial Coach through Dave Ramsey.

I enjoy using my expertise to help clients identify the ideal property in the Northern Idaho real estate market. If you are an investor, I will help you find the right income producing property and manage it the first year without a management fee. This applies to single family rentals, some restrictions apply.
