Shirley Koch
BACKGROUND
Shirley Koch was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from the California State University, East Bay (formerly Hayward) with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. Having spent many years working in corporate America in a variety of functions, including HR Management, a buyout of her employer at the time gave her the opportunity to pursue her passion in Real Estate.
As a result, Shirley has accumulated over 19 years of experience in the profession and specializes in corporate relocations. She’s lived in Boise for over 25 years and knows Idaho and the Treasure Valley.
Her number one goal is to facilitate a smooth transaction while exceeding expectations. Shirley is knowledgeable, dedicated, and honest, and is committed to providing five-star service before, during, and after the transaction – fostering clients, and friends, for life.
Volunteering within the community and her industry is very important to Shirley. She has served within the following organizations:
- St. Luke’s Pet Therapy
- St Luke’s Womens Fitness Celebration Event
- Paint the Town
- Human Resources of the Treasure Valley (HRATV)
- Idaho Realtors Board of Directors
- Boise Regional Realtors Board of Directors and Multiple Committees
- Intermountain MLS Board of Directors
- 2019 Treasurer
- 2021 IMLS President/li>
When she’s not helping her clients with their real estate needs, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her golden retriever Kaia. She also loves traveling, especially to tropical climates. Additionally, she likes biking, scrapbooking, camping, and water sports.
