BACKGROUND

I am committed to proactively and thoughtfully guiding my clients through every step of their unique real estate journey and I look forward to exploring how I can best serve you.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:

I am a REALTOR® committed to excellence.

I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2013.

I grew up watching and helping with home construction
since my father was a (highly respected) custom home builder.

I have personally built two of my own homes, including a 50' tall pyramid that I designed.

I have personally renovated and restored several homes, including two pre-1900s Victorians.

I enjoy all types of real estate transactions (including residential, commercial, investment, and speculation) and I have a good eye for the ultimate potential (good or bad) of things.

1) Not only am I knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled; but I am also unusually insightful, intelligent, and creative. I often see opportunities where others see problems; and, sometimes, I can see a coming storm where others see only blue sky. You'll be glad I'm on your team!

2) I will act as your guide, your consultant, and your advocate. You are going to be making a series of extremely important decisions and I will be with you every step of the way.

3) If I say I will do it, I will do it. While this quality may initially sound too simple to mention, this quality is actually is far too rare not to mention. Naturally, I expect the same of you.

SOME OTHER THINGS ABOUT ME THAT YOU MIGHT FIND INTERESTING:

Before getting my real estate license, I was a functional workflow systems analyst and designer. I love designing most things and often find myself re-designing whatever is around at the time.

Some of my other interests are survivalism, adventures, mountain bikes, motorcycles, hot rods, 4x4s, photography, art, music, philosophy, physics, electromechanical engineering, and especially the mysterious nature of electromagnetic energy in all of its forms. Do we share any interests?
