Background

Before beginning my real estate career, I spent more than 22 years as a land use planner, including 4 years with Kootenai County Community Development and 18 years in private consulting. Throughout my career, I have processed and project managed hundreds of land use applications, including subdivisions, short plats, planned unit developments, variances, conditional use permits, and other complex development projects. This experience has given me an in-depth understanding of local regulations, permitting processes, and property development, allowing me to provide valuable insight and guidance to my real estate clients.
