BACKGROUND

I am a licensed Idaho Real Estate agent appointed with Silver Creek Realty Group. I also hold my State of Idaho Life and Health Insurance licenses; my Professional Ski Instructor of America Level 1 certification and my CPR, AED and First Aid Certification through the American Heart Association. I have my Bachelor of Arts from The College of Idaho and I'm also working on my MBA through Northwest Nazarene University. I am a member of the Idaho Home Realty Group LLC. Team.

In the early 2000's I received my first taste of home renovations with a couple of home remodels in Caldwell and Boise. From 2004-2005 my housing and interior decor interests were put to work in Micron's Workforce Mobility group when I relocated 300+ interns, coordinated 30+ domestic relocations and assisted with 20+ international relocations. From 2005-2010 my Property Management skills were implemented with renting rooms and hostessing house guests in a large home in SE Boise before the Air B&B boom. From 2014-2015 I received the opportunity to travel around the State of Idaho, Eastern Oregon and into Utah for work. From this I gleaned a strong understanding of various types of business operations from rural agricultural lands to urban areas. While I love the rural mountains, farms and commercial operations; my primary focus in real estate is residential.

From 2015-2018 my talents were placed to work serving as the Assistant to the Director of Operations at Sun Valley Resort. In that role I was blessed to get to learn how to operate and maintain properties from free standing residential real estate, to condominiums, restaurants, ski lodges, horse barns, stables, ice rinks, as well as commercial businesses, operations and ski lifts. The breadth of my knowledge with regard to real estate and operations are wide. My comfort zone and the area that I wish to focus on; reside primarily in the residential market. I would like to work first time home buyers, families looking for home upgrades and those seeking domestic residential relocations in the wider Treasure Valley region.
