I am a residential salesperson with over 1,750 clients served, including many who have bought and sold several times. I am a good listener and try to determine what you want and need to be able to locate and provide good information to make great decisions. I am a good negotiator. I will question the listing agent to determine what would make the offer acceptable beyond price and I will educate all parties if we find a difference in value. As a former real estate appraiser, I learned how to research well, and provide good information so my clients feel that they have been heard and are knowledgeable to move forward to success.

I am also available after the sale to edducate on what would be items that could be added to your home to improve its value and comfort. BACKGROUND

As a full-time Realtor, I am available to you Monday through Saturday, days and evenings by appointment. We can meet at the Silvercreek Realty Groups’s offices or at a third party location. I have been a Realtor for thirty years, and I always work with a client first to determine what they want and where, and then to get them approved for financing (if they aren’t paying cash) so when we make an offer, we know we can get the house. was a lender for nine years in anouther state before we moved to Idaho in 1991. Since living here, I was a real estate appraiser from september 1991 to May 1995, and completed over 1,200 appraisals. I know the market and can give good advice.
