BACKGROUND

I have been a Boise Resident for over 45 years and after finishing college at Boise State University I went on to become a Financial Planner with an emphasis on Estate Tax Planning. After six successful years I decided in 2005 to peruse my long time passion in Real Estate and have never looked back. In my first month in real estate I sold nine houses worth a net value of $1.5 million in volume. After my first three months in sales I was promoted to Agent Manager where I helped to build one of the top producing Brokerages in the Treasure Valley. After accomplishing everything I set out to do in Management I got back to my roots in 2007. I've held my Brokers license for over 10 years and have turned down multiple Designated Broker opportunities solely because it detracts from my ultimate passion, which is helping Buyers and Seller achieve their goals.
