Trent & Conay Huizar
OUR STORY
Land & Life Realty was founded by husband-and-wife team Trent and Conay Huizar, combining decades of leadership, real estate experience, and commitment to serving others with integrity.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Trent built a distinguished career with industry-leading organizations including ADR and Paychex. Throughout his career, he led teams of more than 225 professionals, earning numerous awards and recognition for excellence in leadership and performance. As a real estate investor himself, Trent brings a disciplined approach, strategic insight, and a level of professionalism that helps clients navigate transactions with confidence.
Conay is a licensed REALTOR with more than 25 years of experience and millions of dollars in closed real estate transactions throughout Arizona. Beyond real estate sales, she has developed extensive expertise in luxury property management and owner relations, overseeing more than $13 million in in residential assets across premier vacation markets including Sedona, Scottsdale and Park City. Her experience advising homeowners, managing high-level properties, and understanding investment performance provides clients with a unique perspective on both lifestyle and real estate decisions.
Community service has always been central to Conay’s work. Throughout her career she served as a City Commissioner for the City of Scottsdale, Director of Development for the Phoenix Boys Choir, board member for Phoenix Ballet, Arizona Girl Choir, and York University, her alma matter. She has also held leadership roles with National Charity League and dedicated more than two decades to fundraising and volunteer efforts supporting local schools and youth organizations. She currently chairs fundraising for Boise State Spirit Squad.
Today, Trent and Conay call Idaho home and are passionate about helping others discover the lifestyle, community, and opportunities that make the Treasure Valley so special. Married for 26 years together they have three children and understand firsthand the importance of finding not just a house, but a place to build a meaningful life.
Their approach is guided by faith, service, and commitment to treating every client with honesty, professionalism, and care.
