As your Transaction Coordinator, we introduce ourselves as your assistant and serve as a part of your team. We function as a liaison between all parties during the process of a transaction, systematically handling the details to ensure efficient management of deadlines and contract terms to reach a successful closing.

We also maintain the MLS and your brokerage electronic transaction management system to ensure compliance and timely receipt of your commission!

BACKGROUND

Val has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. Her first seven years in the industry were spent in the Magic Valley working with developers in subdivision marketing and lot sales, representing builders and specializing in new construction. Val's background in public relations, human resources and business management propelled her as she recruited agents for her affiliated brokerage and assisted in their expansion to open an office in a new market center in her hometown.

Val made her way to the Treasure Valley and began Leverage Real Estate Services in 2014 with the vision to offer solutions and connect agents to resources to help them leverage their time and grow successful businesses. Utilizing her strengths of building efficient systems, growing rock star teams and contract compliance is of great reward to her. The synergistic energy of determined entrepreneurs like you fuels her passion for this business. To remain aligned with her vision, we will be ever evolving our business to implement best practices and be in your service. ​
