My husband Kory and I get it!
We relocated our young family from California to North Idaho in 2009.
We did it because we refused to raise our children in a state that was decaying socially, economically, and morally. We wanted to live where our traditional values were respected. We also wanted to live an outdoor lifestyle where we could ride our horses, hunt, fish, camp, ride ATVs, and boat without having to plan long weekends to do it and drive 3 hours to get there. We wanted the option to raise our own food and have a little elbow room.
We found it in North Idaho!
We truly believe in the North Idaho Lifestyle. So much so, that we left high-paying jobs, promising careers, friends and family to be a part of it.
We have not looked back!

Background

After serving three decades in the legal profession as a Legal Secretary and Court Reporter, I started my North Idaho real estate career in 2014. Two years later, my husband Kory, joined me to form our family run real estate team.
Together, with our Daughter Kailey, and our Manager Tracy, we have formed one of the most experienced and proven teams in all of Idaho.
I (Bonnie) have been recognized by Real Trends, as one of the top 1% producing Real Estate Agents in all of America…every year since 2020.
We have successfully navigated the highs and the lows of one of the most aggressive real estate markets in the Nation (North Idaho) over the last decade.
