Dale Alverson is a native of the Treasure Valley with a 50 year career in Residential Real Estate, providing Buyer, Seller and Builder Representation.

As the Founder of “Team Boise LLC” and the 1st and only Certified Buyer Broker in Idaho, Dale’s considerable experience has enabled him to design Floor Plans for many of the Valley’s Top Builders using the elements that contribute not only to higher desirability, but also to added re-sale ability using his proprietary Buyer Score Card to determine & program future Re-Sale ability into his clients purchases.

30+ years’ experience Representing Buyer Clients with the proprietary “Buyer Score Card” was the catalyst that propelled Team Boise into designing High Resale Floorplans and allowing area builders to use them for their Model Homes in the various Valley Subdivisions.

In 2012 Team Boise collaborated with Sunrise Homes to build a collection of Single Level Homes with RV Bays between 2000sf -3000sf with high amenities for buyers moving into the area that were looking for the New Age Lifestyle Homes that offered RV Bays, Shops and Storage for both the move up and downsize buyers looking for a fresh start in our wonderful State of Idaho and a place for all their toys!

Today Dale and his son Dason are the owners of Team Boise at Silvercreek, specializing in New Construction with Dason taking on the duties of on site agent and Dale continuing the linage of providing “best Selling Floor Plans for the Sunrise Homes Models they are building.
