Niccole Welch is an Idaho native, born and raised in Emmett, Idaho. Niccole and her husband Codey have 4 children and have always had a special connection with and enjoy the small town warmth of Emmett. Niccole has lived in the Treasure Valley her entire life, enabling her to serve as a local real estate expert.
Niccole has a tenacious work ethic and possesses both the emotional intelligence and the professional pose that is critical to be successful in her real estate career. She is in constant communication with her clients as they go through the process. Her competitive streak makes her a great negotiator as she goes above and beyond for each client.
Niccole has gathered experience and knowledge in working with a large variety of property types including single family, land develop/subdividing parcels for individual residence, farm and ranch properties, manufactured homes, and commercial properties.
In their free time, Niccole and Codey’s family enjoys everything Idaho has to offer. When she is not negotiating a contract, Niccole is boating, hiking, fishing, or hunting while enjoying their family cabin in Cascade, ID.
