At Home Real Estate exists to better the lives of people on the Palouse by helping them find their home. We do this with integrity, joy, and the conviction that every client deserves our best effort.

We want to leave a legacy in this community for our children, and to enable our clients to do the same. We are, after all, in the business of home.

COMMITMENT

Hi, I’m Traci Hacker! I am a mom, grandma, wife, friend, and Realtor. I genuinely enjoy people, building relationships, and helping others through real estate.
To me, home is a place where you can feel comfortable and cared for. That feeling has always been important to me, and it played a big part in why I founded At Home Real Estate. I wanted to create a real estate company where clients feel welcome and receive personal attention throughout the buying or selling process. Taking care of my clients and helping make real estate a positive experience is always my goal.
Most days you can find me at the office, spending time with my grandbabies, helping with our restaurant, watching college sports, answering calls, or driving around town for work. I enjoy staying busy and being involved in our community. I especially value the friendships and lasting relationships I have made through my work.
Above everything else, my family is the most important part of my life. They keep me motivated and remind me why I love what I do. I truly enjoy my career and the opportunity to meet new people every day. Helping clients find a place they are excited to call home is one of the most rewarding parts of my job, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

BACKGROUND

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2015, and was previously in title and escrow starting in 1997! I opened my own brokerage, At Home Real Estate, in Washington and Idaho in 2020 and most recently joined Silvercreek Realty to continue to focus on my clients while letting someone else be in charge of the paperwork.
I am also an Associate Broker. I have served on the Latah County Board of Realtors, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce, and have participated on many other boards over my professional career.
My husband, Steve, and I own Forty Two Bar Kitchen in Moscow. It is a southern craft BBQ restaurant and a local Vandal hangout!
