Suzanne Bergmann
BACKGROUND
With nearly a decade of real estate experience in the dynamic Boise market, Suzanne Bergmann offers her clients east coast sensibilities tempered by over 20 years of living in Boise.
Suzanne grew up in Connecticut. Boarding school in Maine was followed by liberal arts college studies in Virginia (she holds a B.A. in English/Creative Writing from Sweet Briar College), with academics punctuated throughout by lacrosse among other extracurriculars.
Her early career included teaching in Cambridge, Massachusetts, followed by legal support work in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she gained deep experience in real estate transactions including closings, title work, and fiduciary account management.
Fifteen years in Washington, D.C. followed, working with AMRESCO where she coordinated real estate obligations and resolved property title and settlement issues.
In 2005, Suzanne and her family moved to Boise and have called it home ever since.
She has remained deeply committed to community service, including serving on the Board of the Idaho Humane Society and leadership roles at Riverstone International School.
Now a seasoned real estate professional, Suzanne brings strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate buying and selling homes.
