BACKGROUND

“Remember the past, plan for the future, but live for today, because yesterday is gone, and tomorrow may never come,” is the personal motto of REALTOR® Christina Ratusznik.

The Mike Brown Group is pleased to have Christina as part of the team. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and has an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. After a career in medical device sales, she joins the team, getting into real estate. She enjoys helping people and wants to transition into a position where she could continue to serve people and focus on building relationships. She’s passionate about developing long-lasting relationships and is excited to be an advocate for helping people buy and sell real estate.

In her spare time, Christina enjoys doing yoga and the great outdoors, including camping, hiking, and boating. She’s also an avid runner, having competed in the Boston Marathon twice. Christina describes herself as driven, hardworking, and friendly. Her colleagues would also echo those traits and add that she’s helpful and determined.

Her previous career gave her strong sales and productivity experience, helping her with knowing how to plan her day, developing and maintaining relationships, how to market herself and her business, and how to listen to the needs of others and cater to those needs for a successful outcome.

In addition to being a REALTOR®, she’s also a yoga instructor and a nutrition coach. She enjoys living an active and fit lifestyle and wants to be remembered for being helpful, insightful, healthy, and happy.

She is a champion of cancer research and also actively donates time to the 2cwomenconnect and Gather organizations.

If Christina could be anywhere right now, she’d be in Bali. But for now, you’ll find her helping her clients with their real estate transactions.
