My philosophy towards service of my clients centers around good communication. Early on in my real estate career, I made a commitment to myself and to my clients that I would be a strong communicator and provide top-notch service. I pride myself in educating clients on what to expect in a real estate search or transaction, and then regularly communicate with them through that process.

COMMITMENT

I am not shy about saying that I a family first guy. I have been blessed with a large family, and I believe my family will be my legacy. I have a strong level of commitment to my clients, and often times that will pull me away from family actives, but overall, my family comes first in everything that I do. I have found this to be a quality that my clients appreciate. My goal is to find the appropriate balance between the needs of my family and the needs of my clients.

BACKGROUND

In 1995 I moved from Oregon to Idaho to attend Bible college. Upon graduating, I had a 6-year career with HP and then in 2007 left the business world to become a worship pastor. I was a pastor for 15 years, serving two churches here in the Treasure Valley from 2007-2014, and then in the fall of 2014, my family and I moved to Lebanon, OR to work in ministry there at a local church. It was in 2020, just before covid, that I left ministry and pursued a career in real estate. For the past 3.5 years I have sold real estate in the Willamette Valley area of Oregon and in the summer of 2023 moved back home to Idaho. I am now an Idaho licensed salesperson with Silvercreek Realty Group and an Oregon licensed broker with Cadwell Realty Group, able to serve both your Idaho and Oregon real estate needs.
