I am a service minded realtor focused 100% on my clients. My clients are never just a deal or a transaction. I truly believe I am not in sales, I am here to be of service to my clients. In fact, I often say I feel more like a counselor in this job. I take pride in the fact that my business is predominately referral based and that comes from creating life long relationships with my clients who feel completely confident sharing my name with their friends and family for their real estate needs.

BACKGROUND

I have a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boise State University (Go Broncos!) An Idaho native, I grew up in Boise and can’t imagine a better place to have raised our family. We have three grown children whom we are very proud of and three grandchildren we can't get enough of!!. My husband and I enjoy an active lifestyle and love camping, hiking, boating, basically anything outdoors and preferably in the Sawtooth Mountains!

Jenn Atkinson is our REALTOR®. I use present tense because whenever we needed help along the way in the purchase of our farm she was there. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She took two green future farmers just out to help the world and covered all the bases. Then after we got the house as owner will carry (not an easy task) she was still there for us when we went to refinance. Things like water quality, survey of land, help in selling our old house for the price we needed. Her and her family even helped with our prepping the old house to get it ready for sale. I can't tell you how far above and beyond we feel she went, and still kept the vision we were working for to help others with our farm.
