My background in the service industry as a Caregiver, Owner and Manager of an Assisted Living Home has given me an excellent foundation to provide my clients with the personal service they deserve.

BACKGROUND

Born and raised in the Midwest, after college I moved to Bozeman, Montana where I met and married my husband Larry.

The growing family moved to Medford, Oregon where we owned Countrywood Adult Foster Care. The family's next move was to Sahuarita, Arizona where we owned and managed Casa de Sonshine Assisted Living. I obtained my Arizona Real Estate License in 2011 and after selling the Assisted Living business in 2015, went back to school to obtain my Arizona Brokers License and to work full time with my Real Estate clients. In 2021 Larry and I moved to Northern Idaho to be closer to family, where I soon after obtained my Idaho Real Estate Brokers license. We love Idaho and feel like we've “Come Home”!

In 2019 I was named Agent of the Year at the Green Valley, Arizona HomeSmartPros office. I am still licensed as an Associate Broker in Arizona.

New Construction: Jeralynn spent a concentrated period of time assisting us in selecting just the right home. In the end, we ended up picking a new, unbuilt home that had a number of custom features that required special care by the builder. During the negotiation and building of the structure, Jeralynn was an amazing advocate for us. Our construction was delayed due to some of the custom requests we had made. Jeralynn was in communication with the builder’s representative and pushed for the resolution needed to get the job started. Later, she was remained in touch with the builder, routinely inspected the construction and sent pictures of the work as it progressed, as we live out of state. She identified a number of mistakes that were not only corrected, but done long before we showed up for the closing. These mistakes would not have been fixable without a major fight after the construction was over. In addition, we learned a lot from her about the construction process and what to expect. During our final walk through, Jeralynn and her associate continued supporting us and identified a number of things that needed to be resolved. We would have been ignorant of some of these items, a lack of knowledge that would have cost us much in utility bills in the future.
