Find Your Place in the Northend and Beyond

SERVICE

I am a real estate agent with a psychology/counseling background. I feel real estate is very similar to counseling. I enjoy working with people on a daily basis, gaining their trust, forming great relationships that hopefully will last forever, and being a guide through what may be the biggest investment in their lives. I have earned Premier Service Diamond and multiple Premier Service Diamond Elite awards for the best in customer service in the real estate industry. I was also nominated for Best of Houzz.com in customer service for 2015 and 2016. So it shows that I take pride in what I do and how my clients feel about me after their purchase or sale has gone final. From some of my advertising pieces it should also show that I try to think outside the box to differentiate myself from the competition. When you hire me you get me, not one of many assistants.

COMMITMENT

“Home is where your story begins” is a cliche popular phrase. I try to market myself in the northend of Boise because I have lived there and like to think I know the area well. When I bought my first home close to Hyde Park, my story really did begin in the northend. I want other homebuyers to experience what the northend has to offer and what I enjoyed on a daily basis. Being a northender really is a way of life. And that can be said of many areas. A home is a reflection of one’s self. It tells a story of who you are, where you’ve been, and where you are currently at in life. My tagline of “Find Your Place in the Northend and Beyond” should tell that I don’t just focus on one area. I help people buy and sell in all areas of the Treasure Valley, even as far out as Payette which is where I grew up. I want to help my clients find their place, and a place is not just a home. It is also a neighborhood. A way of living. And just as how I’ve found my place in the northend of Boise, I want to help other’s find where they belong.

BACKGROUND

Until I recently moved to the Boise Bench, I lived in Boise’s Northend for quite some time and enjoyed all the amenities that came with being a northender. I have been a native to the Treasure Valley my whole life. I grew up in Payette and attended Albertson College of Idaho in Caldwell where I studied psychology and sociology. I entered into the mental health field after graduating and worked as a Behavioral Interventionist. I was also accepted into the “Masters of Counseling” program at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa while also launching a career as a Real Estate Professional. Real estate quickly became my passion and primary focus. I have been doing Real Estate for 10 years now, and it has become more than just a job; it is my profession. I am married to my wife Rebekah who I met at Albertson College. She is a first grade teacher in Boise. We just recently had our first child, a baby girl named Madison.
