I work as the New Agent Coordinator, helping introduce new agents to all that Silvercreek has to offer, and getting them started at our brokerage. I assist Amy McKinnon in guiding our new agents through their first 3 contracts in Idaho. I also coach new agents, and help them with their business development and growth. I love helping people on their new career path!

COMMITMENT

My goal is to help every agent have a smooth transition into the real estate industry, and to support them so they feel that they aren't lost as they are navigating the new path they've chosen. I want them to feel confident that they have help every step of the way with their first 3 transactions in Idaho.

BACKGROUND

I started my real estate journey in Arizona in 2002, and after being in several different states, it led me to Idaho. I love being here and using my years of experience to help new Silvercreek agents grow their business!
