Jordyn Moreno has been studying the Treasure Valley real estate market since she sold her primary residence in Southeast Boise in 2016. She decided to make selling real estate her full-time career because, “…there are endless possibilities in this field. I have the opportunity to help families make the largest purchase in their lifetime and know that being a role in that can either make the transaction the most joyful experience or the least.”
Jordyn says she doesn’t have a favorite part to the business – she loves it all and says, “I can only imagine seeing my clients on the day the transaction closes with an ear-to-ear smile because they are satisfied with the business they got and the transaction hugely excites me. My number-one goal in serving my clients would be to ensure that they are 100% satisfied with the transaction and at the end of doing business with me they know I did everything in my power to give them what they wanted.”
Boise has been Jordyn’s home for the past 4 1/2 years and she currently lives in the North End. She went to high school in Southern California and attended a year at the local community College, IVC. Later in life, she went back to school at BSU in the pre-dietetics program (for one semester). She went on to obtain her Health Coaching certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Most recently, Jordyn went to the Idaho Real Estate School to gain her real estate license. She has also spent 10 years in customer service working for Trader Joe’s. This experience showed her how to work to get what the customer wants and provide the best service possible. She has also operated a house cleaning business which enabled her to see what sellers and buyers expect to see when moving in or out of a home.
Choosing to become a CHC-certified health coach helps Jordyn better serve herself and her family in becoming the best versions of themselves. She says, “My health coaching school did not just focus on food as nutrition, but it was a mind, body, spirit connection. This taught me how to regulate my time, money, and get in touch with and teach others how to better their lives one step at a time”
Jordyn’s favorite thing about her community is the ease of access to everything. She can hop on her bike to go to lunch downtown or ride up into the mountains for a mountain bike ride. She also loves that no matter where you are in the city the people are always kind and you can almost always expect to run into a familiar face. Jordyn likes to stay busy and active. She makes it a priority to go to the gym at least 5 days a week and on top of the gym you can find her up in the hills hiking or snowboarding in the winter. She enjoys backpacking around Idaho's beautiful wilderness looking for a primitive hot spring to jump into. She also has two daughters that join her on her adventures when they are not with their dad. If they are not out and about adventuring, you can find them strolling through the neighborhood on their bikes or by foot. She also has a real passion for cooking and most nights you can find her in the kitchen after work using food as a creative outlet.
The Mike Brown Group is so excited to welcome Jordyn to our team!
