I strive to integrate my personal nature into the world of real estate. Thinking of my position as one that not only facilitates huge life changes for many, but also one that needs to be understanding, nurturing and competent along the way.

I have enjoyed working with a wide of range of clients. I feel great fulfillment helping those who are excited and passionate about finding a place that feels deeply like HOME to them. From first time home buyers, DIY'ers, investors, out of state transfers and dream home seekers. I am eager to help and choose my clients carefully in order to best serve their needs.

My creativity and persistence helps my clients find and secure their new properties. With a personable nature and strong negotiating skills, I have a track record of setting my clients bids to the top of the stack in this competitive market.

COMMITMENT

I am currently taking on buyers who are looking to find property in Boise and surrounding areas. I travel in and out of state and specialize in helping people relocate into Boise for their personal or vacation homes as well as locating investment and rental properties for out of state investors. I respond quickly and keep in great communication with listing agents and clients. When I make a commitment to a client to help them find their property, they will be guided and communicated with every step of the way. I take personal pride in how well my clients feel in my care. I will seek out clients that have interest in renovation, rehabbing, DIYing and overall design re-hauling on properties in need. As well as out of town getaways that could be updated for personal or rental use.

BACKGROUND

With experience in managing the US division of a music production company and years of experience in high end retail from both ends. I feel that I have the skills necessary to coordinate multiple transactions while being in a small partnership and still deliver the type of customer service my standards require.

As a special needs advocate and a parent. I have served on multiple school boards and taken many volunteer and community service roles to assist in facilitating an inclusive environment for students with exceptional needs.

I spend my free time doing all things creative and am passionate about design, art, music, cooking, furniture/home restoration, learning to fly fish and spending time with my wonderful family.
