BACKGROUND
I moved from England to the United States in 2002 and obtained my first real estate license in 2005 in Florida. When I discovered the beauty and tranquility of the Northwest I moved away from the hurricanes and transferred my license to a brokerage in Sandpoint, Idaho. I happily settled in my newfound piece of paradise, helped people to buy and sell property, and passed the broker license exam in 2007. Several years later, In 2019 I obtained certification as a real estate instructor and have had the pleasure of meeting many professional people on their journey to becoming sales associates and brokers. I continue to sell real estate in the North of Idaho and look at each opportunity as a new and welcome challenge since no two transactions are alike!

“Louise was more than we could have hoped for… When we called her, we had a list of 7-8 properties we wanted to look at, and we only had a few days to do it in. She somehow managed to arrange for us to see 6 of them in one day. In that time, she listened closely and watched carefully to see what we were really looking for and wanting.
