BACKGROUND

Patrice spent 20 years in the Bar, Restaurant and Entertainment industry in the Treasure Valley where she was raised. She had the opportunity to take several occasional temp positions out of the area for large concerts, community event logistics planning and spent a year working in Sun Valley in the mid-2000's.
She found herself taking a leading role behind the scenes with staffing, planning and day-to-day operations at just about every establishment she was employed at. Her time in the service industry came to an end when full time event planning was no longer cohesive for her family's life and schedule. After building, selling and buying her own investments she finally made the leap into making a greater difference in people's lives through real estate and has never looked back.
