BACKGROUND

Being a Top-Producing agent in the Treasure Valley requires more than experience—it demands passion, respect for the community, and a dedication to exceptional service. I take great pride in guiding clients through every step of the home buying and selling process, tailoring my approach to their unique goals, and providing expert insight from contracts to closing. My commitment is to exceed expectations, leveraging market knowledge, strategic guidance, and extensive resources to ensure every client succeeds.

Before real estate, I built a career in Boise’s restaurant and bar industry, including creating the Special Events sector at Knitting Factory Concert House from the ground up. I produced large-scale events such as the Governors Ball, weddings, corporate gatherings, fundraisers and local concerts—transforming a venture-capital-backed business by delivering guaranteed revenue and expanding its market presence. That experience honed my leadership, organizational skills, and ability to deliver exceptional experiences under pressure—skills I bring directly to my current clients.

I grew up in Boise, the daughter of a builder, spending my youth on job sites surrounded by construction, design, and craftsmanship. This early exposure gave me a keen eye for detail and a love of all things construction and design. I’ve personally flipped homes, renovated my own, designed and built my cabin, and assisted clients with their renovations and design projects, providing insight that blends creativity with practical expertise.

What I love about Idaho is the lifestyle, the landscapes, and the endless recreational opportunities right at our doorstep. For me, it’s riding bikes along the Greenbelt, whitewater rafting the Payette, camping under the stars with family and friends, skiing at Bogus Basin, or escaping for a weekend to Valley County. But it’s also about community: taking care of one another, being a good neighbor, and leaving things better than you found them. That’s my Idaho.

My wife and I are officially New Homeowners today! And I know it would not of been possible without the guidance and hard work from Patrice. It has been years of meticulous credit building, anxious market watching, and saving what money I could over time. All of these things and more were still not enough to get me into a new home. That is until I got in contact with Patrice. She immediately started asking questions about myself and my family and things we really want in a home, set us up on an email list to get new listings as they were available on market and gave us unlimited access to ask questions and communicate. We unfortunately weren’t financially ready at that time and didn’t like our options with homes on the market (about 6 months ago). Patrice understood and kept in touch with us for months afterwards. The market got more affordable for us and we found our dream home with dream yard. Patrice was ready to rock! We got to view the home together and also other homes in the area. Each visit she would answer various questions we had and if she didn’t know the answer she found the answer quickly. When it came time to put in an offer and negotiate, she went above and beyond! Patrice is sharp, professional, and on top of it. When I was out of town she took video tours of homes multiple times so I wouldn’t miss out on finding the right home. This was before she had even met me! She answered every question imaginable. I would never in my life use another realtor. I am so happy I have been able to lean on Patrice for anything I needed through my home search and purchase. She knew exactly how to navigate every situation, no matter how tricky or time sensitive.
