BACKGROUND

My business career has spanned more than 30 years, spent primarily in corporate sales and sales leadership with a number of Fortune 500 companies. During this time period, I've also been involved with real estate as an owner, investor, broker and property manager. Since 2003, I've been a principal and managing member of a portfolio of multifamily assets, with responsibility for asset acquisition, disposition, research, analysis, negotiation, underwriting and financial performance. Additional responsibilities have included oversight of property management operations (rent / tenant / lease management / maintenance, finance and accounting), as well as local city and county government tax and zoning issues. I serve as an HOA Board Representative and as a Member of the Idaho Apartment Association.
