BACKGROUND

Tom grew up on Whidbey Island, WA. Raised in a lower-middle class family he developed his hardworking mentality at a young age. His intro to construction was working for his friend’s dirt company where he learn a multitude of skills from dirtwork, to paving, to dump truck mechanics. Tom is an Eagle Scout, a college graduate, and has his CDL. He worked as a beverage delivery driver for 12 years, waking up every day at 4am. Having a steady job and early hours allowed him and Sara to build their businesses together.

He left his W2 job in early 2021 and now dedicates his time to building their RE portfolio. When he’s not working Tom loves to ride/race dirtbikes and take camping trips with Sara and the dogs!
