Wythe will then share the current market conditions in the desired area(s), making sure that the home prices fit into your budget. Wythe believes that an informed buyer makes better decisions and is a happier owner. Once a home is chosen, Wythe uses his years of negotiating experience to put you in the best position to get the home of your dreams at the best price possible. He then walks you through the contracts, making sure you understand everything you're signing.

With sellers, he will determine your needs as far as net proceeds, closing timeline, comfort with showings, etc. He will discuss the condition of the house (occupied or vacant) at time of listing. Wythe will provide information about professional photography of your property and staging, is applicable. He will market your house through aggressive online presence and open houses. He will guide you through the negotiating process, making sure your goals are achieved.
