Relationship and Terms of Use Agreement

  • This agreement with Silvercreek® Realty Group is at-will and may be discontinued at any time.
  • Silvercreek® makes no guarantee of payment for services by agents or users of name or logo.
  • Agents are independent contractors and are responsible for their own relationships.
  • All logos and graphics are the property of Silvercreek® Realty Group. Use is prohibited without prior written approval. If written approval has been received, Silvercreek® reserves the right to rescind use at any time.
  • “Silvercreek” is a Registered Trademark of “Silvercreek Realty Group”. All logos and materials are the property of Silvercreek Realty Group and may only be used with written approval by an officer of the company.
  • Use of the “Silvercreek Realty Group” or “Silvercreek®” for marketing materials via third party companies is expressly prohibited without prior approval.
  • Should approval be received for the use of the Silvercreek® trademark, you are acknowledging that it is the sole property of Silvercreek Realty Group and may be used only for the promotion of Silvercreek Realty Group. Any use for the promotion of other companies or products is expressly prohibited.
  • Use of the trademark must always be used for the benefit of Silvercreek Realty Group and only when reference is done favorably for Silvercreek®.
    Should Silvercreek® be used for the promotion of a conference or in an education application, at no time should the trademark or logos be used as the primary title. Your name and or logo should appear more prominently than Silvercreek® provided prior written authorization has been received.
  • All real estate agents licensed under Silvercreek Realty Group are encouraged to use the Silvercreek® trademark with symbol. Agents are required to always have the full brokerage name on any marketing and real estate related transactional materials. Use of the trademark does not constitute meeting the brokerage disclosure requirement.
  • Using the Silvercreek® does not meet the requirement for brokerage disclosure.  Agent must use the full name “Silvercreek Realty Group” with or without the ®.
  • Approval of use by an agent of Silvercreek Realty Group does NOT constitute approval from an officer of the company.
  • To submit for use, please contact George@SilvercreekRealty.com with your planned use.  Submittal of plan does not constitute approval.
