BACKGROUND

Cheramy has been in the HOA business for over 12 years and maintains current certifications from the Community Association Institute (CAI); the national credentialing organization for Homeowners Association professionals. Not only has Cheramy obtained the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) credential, she also maintains the more advanced certifications, Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Cheramy is the only Community Manager in Idaho that holds the PCAM credential. PCAM holders are considered the “Cream of the Crop” by CAI and are sought after throughout the HOA industry nationwide.
These certifications fit nicely with the Real Estate license, as she is able to maneuver through complex CCRs to assist future homeowners in their decisions of home ownership within HOAs
