BACKGROUND
The TOP Idaho Homes Team has over 25 years of collective experience in the real estate industry. Katie Westhora; TOP Agent, began her career as a Buyer's Agent in Phoenix, Arizona in 2004 where she specialized in new home sales, and since then has expanded into residential resale, new construction and land sales. She and her family relocated to the Treasure Valley in 2018 and LOVE the outdoor recreation and perfect weather that the Treasure Valley offers. In 2020, Katie grew her company into the TOP Idaho Homes Team with her husband Tom, and his 20 years of industry experience, joining the team as Business Development Manager. Other key players on the team include Professional Home Stagers, Photographers and Videographers, Marketing and Technology Specialists, House Cleaners and Landscapers.
